Refinished
Removed the dark finish on this 1920s era match-booked burled walnut cabinet. I left the lower cabinet the natural wood tone. I dyed the upper cabinet as well as the feet and top molding of the lower cabinet to match. The locking mechanisms were removed from the doors and the key holes were filled in. I painted and sealed the interior of the upper cabinet to brighten it and bring contrast to any dishes or collectables stored inside. Sealed with shellac and then polyurethane for durability.
